VOGA POWDER CENTER
The powder center, controls the whole powder coating system at the powder booth. Consists of a cabinet with air flow, an ultrasonic sieve, vibrated table for fresh powder coating and powder feed system to the powder coating guns.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
A powder transfer pump brings the recycled powder from the powder booth and feeding system mixes the fresh powder coating from the powder box.
Powder center system performs its tasks in accordance with the scenario in the PLC software and performs the color changing tasks effectively with the help of the operator in a short time. When the powder tank is removed for cleaning, injectors, powder hoses and powder coating gun inner tubes electrodes are cleaned easily and effectively by compressed air.
