CARTRIDGE FILTERED POWDER COATING BOOTH
The powder booth is simpler type and cost effective solution for continuos or non-continuous system powder coating lines. As cleaning and color changing is taking time, these type of powder booths are suggested mainly for companies working with one color daily. Powder coating application can be achieved automatically or manually, with a combination of a reciprocator and an automatic powder coating equipments or by manual powder coating equipments..
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Powder particles moving by airflow created by the exhaust fan and are prevented to exit out upon filtering. Suction fan is mounted at the top of the booth. Air movement generated by the fan carries the powder particles to the filter unit and collects them to the outer surface of the filters. Filters are cleaned by means of the automatic pull-reverse cleaning system during the operation.
POWDER RECYCLING
As a result of the filter cleaning system, powder particles falls down where are collected inside a bucket under the filter unit. This bucket optionally can have a simple drawer or a sieve and with vibration motor in order to sieve collected powder on it and to be reused including a powder pump in order to transfer sifted powder and to be sent to powder recovery system in order to be reused.
