AXIAL CHAIN CONVEYORS
Axial type conveyors are used in step-by-step powder coating or liquid painting lines.
The transporting rail consists of welded structure channel iron and angle iron material.. The chain is made of special steel and hardened. Transporting shafts made of 6-corner iron material are connected to the chain ears at certain intervals and a ball bearings are mounted at the ends of each shaft that allows moving in the track without friction.
The drive unit includes a speed controlled gearbox, belt-pulley mechanism and the tensioning unit.
Tensile strength of the chain and conveyor structure load capability are a subject to the biggest work piece weight and its quantity on the whole conveyor. The conveyor can be designed standalone as well as with a combination of a spray booth, curing oven etc. in the project.
